I have examined the accompanying Ordinance

entitled An Ordinance to make provisions for raising a Loan of Two hundred and fifty thousand pounds sterling for the purposes of Railway Construction.

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
